We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you help design and create digital marketing materials for social media and other platforms. Candidates should be able to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines.
Junior Graphic Designer Duties and Responsibilities:
Design digital images or other types of marketing materials
Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions
Conduct market research
Take direction from senior designers
Exceed client expectations
Adhere to project deadlines

Junior Graphic Designer Requirements and Qualifications
Experience in an internship or entry-level graphic design role
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
Attention to detail
A portfolio of past work
Responsibilities:
Responsible for hitting daily KPI goals of 10-15 samples daily, while maintaining on trend and on brand styling.
On set styling of a wide variety of products (junior, plus, accessories, footwear), ensuring that priority items are shot first.
Maintain a close eye on the photo shoot camera to ensure all discrepancies are being caught and each look is fully captured to the highest garment aesthetic.
Consistently utilize a comprehensive understanding of styling fundamentals.
This includes a detail-oriented eye and ability to execute exceptional styling on-model (steaming, garment prep, etc.)
Continuously implement merchandise standards across all styling initiatives from prep through sample hand off.
Troubleshoot styling challenges on-set using joeguarraci’s standards/brand aesthetic as a guide.
Maintain a consistent dialogue with the Photographer, CEO and Sample Coordinators about workflow and expectations.
Maintain a consistent shining personality with a positive attitude displaying constant adaptability to quickly changing priorities.
Keep studio space clean and organized
Maintain communicative relationship with buying/merchandising team
Gather and present fresh styling ideas and inspiration to team
Review Stylist Closet daily and request change-over/additions when necessary
Outfit effective, creative, and alluring looks for the joeguarraci brand
Any other duties assigned by management
Required Skills:
Minimum 2+ retail experience
Knowledge of on trend Styling with a keen eye for detail
Online portfolio that demonstrates expertise in styling on-model, still-life, product, lifestyle and editorial photography
Experience styling models on set in the fashion industry is a must
Experience working with e-commerce product styling is a must
Ability to organize, prioritize, and reorder workload in a dynamic environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexible thinker with the ability to make sound independent decisions
Ability to work with direct supervision, check ego at the door, and work well with others at all levels in the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities:
Hiring, training, coaching, and leading call center representatives as they provide support for customers.
Answering representative’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives
Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating, and coach workers regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees.
Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Authorizing replacements or refunds.
Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and customer service software.
Proficiency in Zendesk
Proficiency in Shopify
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
